By installing or using the Add-on, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Pro Tools for Google Slides™ a productivity add-on that enhances how you create, edit, clean up, and manage Google Slides™ presentations. The Service is provided “as is”, may change over time, and is offered without warranties.

2. Eligibility

To use the Add-on, you must:

• Have a valid Google™ account

If installing for an organization, you confirm you have authority to do so.

3. Description of the Service

Pro Tools for Google Slides™ includes features such as:

Quick Edit tools for sizing, alignment, spacing, and layout fixes

• Text Tools for spacing, formatting, case, bullets, and typography control
• Image Tools for inserting, converting, resizing, replacing, and organizing images
• Slide Tools including slide libraries, component management, batch processing, and slide ordering
• Cleanup tools for removing clutter and unwanted elements
• Export tools for slide and asset output
• Google Docs → Slides content import
• Pexels integration for stock image search
• Free and Pro feature tiers

Features and availability may change as the Add-on is improved.

4. Free Plan, Trials, and Pro Subscriptions

4.1 Free Plan

The Free plan includes a limited feature set and may be used indefinitely.

4.2 Trial Period

A time-limited trial of Pro features may be available.

Trials end automatically and do not require payment unless you choose to upgrade.

Trial eligibility and duration may change and cannot be restarted by reinstalling the Add-on.

4.3 Pro Subscription

A Pro subscription includes full access to all advanced features and requires:

• A valid email

• A payment method

• Acceptance of Stripe’s terms

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled.

4.4 Cancelation

You may cancel anytime through the Manage Subscription link in the Add-on.
After cancelation:

• Your Pro access remains active until the end of your billing period

• No refunds are offered for partial periods

• Your plan will revert to Free

5. Payment Processing (Stripe)

All payments are securely processed by Stripe, Inc.
We never receive or store your payment details.

Your use of Stripe is subject to their Terms and Privacy Policy.

6. Data Access and Privacy

Use of the Add-on is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

• What data we access

• What data stays on your device

• What limited licensing information we store

• That we never store your images

• That all Google Drive™ and Google Slides™ content stays inside your Google™ account

You are responsible for your own Google Drive™ and Google Slides™ files.

We may suspend or block access for violations.

• Uninterrupted operation

• Compatibility with all slide content

• That external APIs (e.g., Google™, Pexels, Stripe) remain unchanged

We may update or modify the Service at any time.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Abuse or misuse the Service

• Attempt to circumvent licensing

• Engage in harmful activity

You may uninstall the Add-on at any time.

Upon termination, no obligations remain on either party.

This includes, but is not limited to:
